Sizing: Highly experienced benchers in gear will often order their shoulder size as the shirt size in this shirt. You need to have alot of experience for this and expect four workouts to break in and touch. Other lifters may choose their shoulder size plus 2 and beginners might even go with shoulder size +4, but we don't recommend this shirt for beginners.
