SALES
TAX - Only Washington state residents are subject
to collection of sales tax. All other out-of-state orders
are non-collected. International orders may require tax through
your country but IRONGLADIATORS.COM is not responsible to
collect such tax.
PAYMENT
METHODS - We accept the following credit cards:
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS.
Money Orders:
must be made payable to IRON GLADIATORS and must be in the
form of U.S. funds. Don't forget to include your name
and shipping address. Sold items cannot be shipped until the
money order is received. International money orders are acceptable
provided the money order is made in U.S. funds.
Checks: we accept
certified bank checks and personal checks. Certified checks
are processed immediately. Personal checks, we reserve the
right to verify funds and process the order immediately, or
if not possible, to hold the check until funds clear. Holding
the check can often take up to 21 days to delay the order.
It is important the customer understands, that orders will
not be processed until the check clears. Personal checks must
include your pre-printed name, address and be made in U.S.
funds from a U.S. bank. Checks that do not clear will be charged
a $25 return fee and will hold up your order longer until
the fee has been collected.
PayPal: IRON GLADIATORS
accepts payments by PAYPAL. All PayPal payments require the
customer to have the appropriate balance in their current
PayPal accounts to cover the sale or customers may charge
their credit cards and use the PayPal service. To order an
item, simply click on the general PayPal button on the site
and denote the item, size needed and other important info
and follow PayPal procedure to order. You can also go to www.paypal.com
to start your own account or get more information.

SHIPPING
- Orders are shipped via U.S. mail, 2 day priority. Most orders
are processed and shipped within 24 hours. During high time
of the season, orders can be delayed longer due to high sales
volume, shipping times and back orders.
Overnight shipping is
available, but may add $15-$29 on to your order depending
on weight of item and shipping location.
Custom orders often take
longer to ship because the order takes longer to complete.
International orders
will be sent U.S. Global priority and usually take anywhere
from 5-10 days depending on time of season and shipping volume.
Additional charges will apply to your order that aren't
added in the shipping cart. Usually this additional fee is
anywhere from $5 to $15. If it is more than $15 the customer
will be notified by email for approval.
RETURN/EXCHANGE
POLICY - A customer return or exchange will be
honored and is acceptable under the following conditions:
- CUSTOM GEAR is NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom gear can be returned
to be altered for improper fits, but not returned for credit.
- The item must be clean and
free of odor, deodorant, hair and powder.
- The item is returned within
7 days of your receipt of shipment.
- The item is unused and free
from any damage to seams or material or substance.
- You include a note as to
the nature of the return and details needed for exchange.
- You include a money
order or check for $7 to cover shipping charges of the item
back to you-the customer is responsible for shipping both
to and from on exchanges.
- After 7 days, Irongladiators.com
will charge a 30% restocking fee on returns.
